FT1 and SFR. very simlar to toyota 2000gt and sport800?

I am Korean so before reading, please understand I may have some grammar mistakes.

I think two sport cars FT1 and SFR are very similar to 2000gt and s800.

first 2000gt was very cool design.

Does everybody remember what Akio said to designer who designed FT1?

    "Make it COOL."

I think that meant they want to show a cool sport car like what 2000gt.

Toyota might even try to request Bond team to use their FT to next Bond film.

sport800, is actually a sport car that is quiet opposite to 2000gt. It's much cheaper with less power, but still with very cute design. a sport car.

This is what I think toyota is doing to SFR.

So I think TOYOTA is doing what they have done at 60's.

It means we can predict the SFR price by speculating which price formation the sport800 had at 60s.

Also remember that sport800 was produced right after honda s500 and it was sport800 competitor.

Similary nowaday Honda's s660 would become its rivaly.

I think FT1 and SFR would reincarnate what our elderly felt at 1960s which I really eager to feel.

Although I don't agree to everything you're saying, there is definitely some pedigree to be seen, when considering the design only.

    Toyota 2000GT

    Toyota Sports 800

    Toyota Celica Fastback

    Toyota MR2 Spyder

    Toyota Supra A80

    Toyota GT86

    Toyota FT-1 Concept

The SF-R concept design sure fits nicely in the lineage.

Speaking of FT1, there are new photos of it with past Supras in our sister forum.
