While watching that vid, oil temp going up & down was bugging me lol

It would be cool, if they keep it for this car... but not sure with the budget/price they're aiming, they gonna keep it.
    Balance is everything

It's 2015, this sort of technology is getting cheaper and cheaper. If it does actually go into production, it'll most likely be by 2018 or so, by then digital clusters will be even cheaper to produce, I don't see why it wouldn't be on the final market version of the car.

I kind of liked how the gauges went up and down. Like watching a stereo's EQ display go up and down

I hope so... Only time will tell if they actually will go digital or analog. Analog might look weird... but I might enjoy it more than digital, but that's just me.

Yeah... Not for me. I can't stand having things moving around too much in my view point

It's the oil pressure that keeps bouncing up and down.
Nice feature for a track day, but not very useful in city traffic.

Well the oil pressure goes up and down in real time just like the LFA does. Wish the taco would leave ghost marks during rev drops and the background changes color as revs build like in the LFA and the RC-F too, making for a very dynamic display that's well suited the characteristics of the car.

The most amazing gauge clusters of all time:
