I agree the S-FR gives me more of an AE86 vibe than the FRS.

2117 lbs is amazing. That's Lotus Elise weight! And without having a sit on a completely stripped down aluminum tub.

Darn that's too bad. Hope they'll actually confirm or deny it once and for all at one of the upcoming auto shows this spring.

It's a small car with a small engine so it'll need all the help it can get in the weight department. A heavier glass roof at the highest point of the car would probably hurt performance.

Lots of guys here thinking it's a shortened 86 platform. Was thinking though... simply shortening the platform could help drop most of the 600-700 pound difference between the S-FR and the 86?

For some reason all that empty space left over in the front looks kinda weird. Reminds me of the 1 series hatchback where it looks like there should have been styling lines or crease or whatever in...

Curious -- was the 86's platform designed to be modular / scalable ?

The teaser image looks very close to the back of the C-HR. There's a little extra fold/lip on the trunk like the C-HR, the badge placement is the same as the C-HR, and I think I might be seeing the...

Man it's super bubbly. Was hoping it'd be a mini FR-S :( Only a concept for now though so maybe it'll change?
